Paid plans include a commission on bookings made through the Grevon agentic booking engine: 5% on Standard, 3% on Pro, and custom rates on Enterprise. AI Travel Agent bookings (those sourced through platforms like ChatGPT or Perplexity) are charged at 10% across Standard and Pro, with custom pricing on Enterprise. These rates reflect the value generated by the channel — not a general platform tax.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Message credits (tokens) represent the processing capacity of your AI agents — each query, booking step, or content retrieval consumes tokens. When your monthly allocation is exhausted, additional tokens are charged at the overage rate for your plan: $0.0003/token on Standard, $0.0002/token on Pro. Enterprise customers have negotiated rates. Your dashboard shows real-time usage and alerts you before you approach your limit.
When you update your property content — new rates, room descriptions, policies, seasonal offers — your agent needs to retrain on that content to reflect the changes. The Free Trial allows 1 retrain. Standard allows 10 per month. Pro and Enterprise plans include automatic retraining, which means your agents stay current without manual intervention whenever your source content changes.
