Pulse and Echo plans charge a commission on agent-assisted bookings: 3% on Pulse and Echo, 2% on Pulse Pro and Echo Pro, and 1.5% on Max. Bookings sourced through external agents are charged at 10% on Pulse and Pulse Pro, and 7% on Max.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Message credits represent the processing capacity of your AI agents - each query, booking step, or content retrieval consumes credits. When your monthly allocation is exhausted, additional credits are billed at your plan's overage rate: $0.06/credit on Pulse, $0.05/credit on Pulse Pro, and $0.05/credit on Max. For voice plans, extra call minutes are charged at $0.04/min on Echo, $0.035/min on Echo Pro, and $0.035/min on Max. Enterprise customers have negotiated rates. Your dashboard shows real-time usage and alerts you before you approach your limit.
When you update your property content - new rates, room descriptions, policies, seasonal offers - your agent needs to retrain on that content to reflect the changes. The free trial allows 5 retrains per month. Pulse and Pulse Pro allow 5 per month. Echo allows 3 per month, and Echo Pro allows 4 per month. Max includes unlimited automatic retraining, which means your agents stay current without manual intervention whenever your source content changes.
Your subscription covers everything you need to get up and running - onboarding, setup, and ongoing access to your plan's features are all included. The only additional costs are booking commission on agent-assisted reservations and any overage charges if you exceed your plan's monthly allocations. Enterprise packages are designed around your specific commercial structure, with pricing and inclusions agreed as part of a custom arrangement.
