Rules for lawful and acceptable use of the Grevon platform and services.

Operated by Kynect Pte. Ltd. (Grevon)  ·  Version date: 9 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for use of the Grevon platform and services, operated by Kynect Pte. Ltd. (trading as Grevon). It is incorporated into and forms part of the Grevon Terms of Service and applies to the Customer and every User the Customer authorises.

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP" or "Policy") sets out the rules for use of the Grevon platform and services (the "Services"), operated by Kynect Pte. Ltd. ("Grevon", "we", "us" or "our"). It is incorporated into and forms part of the Grevon Terms of Service (the "Terms") and applies to the Customer and to every User the Customer authorises, and to anyone using the Services on the Customer's behalf. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

1.2 By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that its Users, and anyone acting on its behalf, comply with it. Grevon may update this Policy from time to time as provided in the Terms.

1.3 If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms on the subject of acceptable use, this Policy governs.

2. Spirit of this Policy

We expect the Services to be used lawfully, honestly and with respect for Guests, third parties and other users. This Policy describes prohibited uses, but it cannot list every possible kind of misuse. Grevon may act against any use that is contrary to the spirit of this Policy, or that creates a legal, security, operational or reputational risk, even if that use is not specifically listed.

3. General Prohibited Uses

You must not use, or attempt to use, the Services to:

4. Customer Content Standards

You are responsible for all Customer Content. This includes all content you provide, make available or enhance through the Services — whether drawn from your Customer Systems (including your PMS, CRS and channel manager), published on your website, or added or enriched by you through the Platform, including its contextual knowledge engine. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, licences and consents necessary for that content, and for keeping it accurate and current.

Customer Content, and Grevon's authorised use of it, must not:

You must keep your rates, availability, policies and descriptions accurate and current so that Guests are not misled.

5. Acceptable Use of AI Agents

The Services include AI Agents operated by Grevon, used in different contexts — guest-facing agents that interact with Guests (by web and by voice or telephone) and staff-facing agents used by your Users for operational support. Grevon builds and controls the AI Agents; you and your Users do not configure or program them, but you supply the content and data on which they draw and you and your Users interact with and use them. AI Agents operated by third parties (including third-party LLMs) are run by those third parties and are outside Grevon's control.

5.1 General. You and your Users must use the AI Agents only for their intended purpose as part of the Services, and must not:

  1. attempt to manipulate, "jailbreak", prompt-inject or otherwise interfere with or circumvent the controls, safeguards or intended operation of the AI Agents or the Platform;
  2. use automated means, scripts, bots or other mechanisms to generate excessive requests to, probe, test, scrape or otherwise interfere with the operation, performance or security of the AI Agents or the Platform;
  3. use the AI Agents, or rely on their output, for any unlawful, deceptive, harmful or otherwise prohibited purpose;
  4. use the AI Agents, the Platform or any output generated by them to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, improve or support any artificial intelligence model, machine learning model, dataset or service that competes with, substitutes for or is substantially similar to the Services; or
  5. misrepresent any AI Agent, its communications or its output as being generated, reviewed or provided by a human where applicable law, regulation, industry standard or contractual obligation requires disclosure that the interaction or content is generated or assisted by an automated system or artificial intelligence.

5.2 Voice and telephone interactions. For interactions handled by a voice or telephone AI Agent, you must ensure that your use of the AI Agent complies with applicable laws relating to call recording, monitoring, disclosure and consent. Grevon may provide notifications or disclosures as part of the Services where Grevon considers this necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law.

5.3 Staff-facing and operational AI Agents. Where your Users use AI Agents for operational or support purposes, you must ensure that they use them only for their intended purpose. AI Agent output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose and is provided to assist, not replace, human decision-making. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI Agent output before relying on it, and remain responsible for all decisions, actions and omissions based on that output.

6. APIs and Automated Access

Where Grevon makes an API available, your use of it must comply with clause 9 of the Terms and Grevon's API documentation. You must not:

7. Guest Interactions, Communications and Marketing

8. Prohibited Content and Activities

Without limiting the rest of this Policy, you must not use the Services in connection with: illegal goods or services; unlawful gambling; weapons, drugs or other regulated products where doing so is prohibited; human trafficking or exploitation; money laundering, fraud or phishing; the infringement of intellectual property; or any other activity that is unlawful in a relevant jurisdiction.

9. Security and Vulnerability Reporting

Protecting the Platform and Guest data is a shared responsibility. You must keep your credentials, API keys and tokens secure, and notify Grevon promptly of any suspected compromise or unauthorised use. If you discover a security vulnerability, you must not exploit it or access data that is not yours, and you must report it promptly to security@grevon.ai. Good-faith, responsible disclosure that complies with this section is not a breach of section 3.

10. Monitoring and Enforcement

Grevon does not undertake to actively monitor Customer Content or use of the Services, but may review, investigate and act on any use that it reasonably believes breaches this Policy or the Terms, or that poses a legal, security or operational risk. In accordance with the Terms, Grevon may remove or disable access to offending content; suspend or throttle access (including to any API); and suspend or terminate the Services. Grevon may also report suspected unlawful activity to law-enforcement or other authorities and cooperate with them. These rights are in addition to any other remedy available to Grevon.

11. Reporting Violations

To report a suspected breach of this Policy, contact abuse@grevon.ai (or security@grevon.ai for security issues).

12. Changes to this Policy

Grevon may update this Policy from time to time as provided in the Terms. The version date above shows when it was last updated, and continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.

13. Definitions

Capitalised terms used in this Policy have the meaning given in the Terms of Service, including "Customer", "User", "Guest", "AI Agent", "API", "Booking", "Customer Content", "Intellectual Property Rights", "Platform / Services", "Sensitive Data" and "Permitted Integrator".
